Sean Reilly is a strength and performance coach based at NC Fitness in Rush. He coaches everyone from complete first-timers to athletes, with a focus on building real strength, moving well, and training for your sport.
His Strength & Conditioning certification lands this June. The short version: he takes the guesswork off your plate, explains the why behind every session, and he is the encouraging one, not the drill sergeant.
